Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameOn ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access the Application. These Terms apply to all users of the Application.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this Application
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account with others
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

Match Participation

Creating Matches

  • You must have a verified phone number to create matches
  • Matches must be created with honest and accurate information
  • You must confirm pitch/venue reservation before creating
  • Creators can remove players from their matches for valid reasons
  • Match creators should communicate changes to all participants
  • Free users can create 1 match; premium users have unlimited creations

Joining Matches

  • You must have a verified phone number to join matches
  • Join matches only if you intend to attend
  • Arrive on time and be prepared to play
  • Respect other players and follow fair play principles
  • Leave matches early if you cannot attend to free up slots
  • You may be removed by the match creator for misconduct
  • Free users can join 3 matches; premium users have unlimited joins

User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Application to:

Prohibited Behavior

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Engage in discriminatory behavior
  • Use offensive or inappropriate language in chat or profiles
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share false or misleading information about matches
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Manipulate ratings or MVP voting system
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial limits
  • Use automated scripts or bots
  • Violate any applicable laws

Consequences

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Reduction of reliability score
  • Removal from matches
  • Ban from creating matches
  • Blocking by other users
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action if necessary

Ratings and Reviews

  • Ratings should reflect honest, fair, and objective feedback
  • Rate players based on actual match performance (punctuality, attitude, skill, fair play)
  • Do not use ratings to retaliate or harass others
  • Fabricated or malicious ratings may result in account penalties
  • MVP votes should be based on merit and sportsmanship
  • You may rate other players after participating in matches together
  • Your reliability score is affected by your ratings and behavior

Paid Services

Premium Subscription

  • Price: €3.00 one-time payment for lifetime access
  • Benefits: Unlimited match joins and creations, priority support
  • Free Trial: 3 free joins and 1 free creation for non-subscribers
  • Refund Policy: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
  • Payment: Secure payment processing through third-party processors
  • Data: We do not store your payment card information

All prices are in EUR. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice, but existing premium users will maintain their lifetime access. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers; we do not store your payment details.

Reliability Score

The reliability score is a measure of your trustworthiness and behavior on the platform:

  • Scores range from 0 to 100
  • Positive ratings from other players increase your score
  • Negative ratings, no-shows, or reports decrease your score
  • Low scores may limit your ability to join matches
  • Score is visible to other players to help them make informed decisions
  • We reserve the right to manually adjust scores for fairness
  • Leaving matches after the start time may affect your score

Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GameOn and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or in any way exploit any part of the Application.

Disclaimer

  • GameOn acts only as a platform for finding and organizing sports matches
  • We do not own or operate any venues, pitches, courts, or facilities
  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages during matches
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users
  • Participants play at their own risk
  • We are not liable for disputes between players or match cancellations
  • Users should verify venue availability and safety independently
  • We recommend having appropriate sports insurance
  • We are not responsible for content posted in match chats
  • Blocking features are provided but we cannot prevent all unwanted interactions

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. We may also delete your account and all related data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
